In an emergency case, you can call our customer service to make a reservation which must be proceeded in advance at least 3 business days. Nevertheless, the reservation confirmation is based on number of available limousines; additionally, the payment must be made in full price, by which the process must be completed before the travel date or the date specified. If the deposit is not made, it possibly causes cancellation.
This service is suitable for dogs, cats, and other household pets. Please be advised that if you're travelling with a lizard, uncaged bird, a monkey, or any other exotic animals we have the right of refusal.
For arrivals, after received luggage please go to the Main Hall and/or proceed to Gate No.3 for DMK Airport and Gate No.3-4 for BKK Airport. Passengers will be met and greeted by our airport representatives holding the sign with your name at the meeting point area. The representatives will carry passengers’ luggage to the vehicle waiting area, at the nearest exit gate.
Pick up on arrivals would mostly be maximum up to 2 hours after flight arrival bearing in mind the time taken for Customs and Immigration clearance. After time exceeding, additional surcharges will be collected.
Black Cab Bangkok will be responsible for all flight early, delayed or cancelled without prior noticed from airline. (No charges for these cases)
For airport transfers departure, pick-ups should be 3 hours prior to flight departure time. The chauffeurs arrive at approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time and can wait maximum up to an hour at the hotel or the allocated locations.
For other transfers and pick-ups, the chauffeurs can wait maximum up to 30 minutes at the hotel or the allocated locations.
No shows and driver is onsite cancellations are subject to the full service fee or deposit will be forfeited.
Advance cancellation notice of 7 days is required or else the deposit and booking fees will be forfeited.
If the waiting time is more than 30 minutes. There will be an extra charge 500 baht
